To eat on the terrace or in the dining room, Maryse proposes imaginative traditional cooking enabling you to discover local produce such as Tramesaygues trout papillotes with spring vegetables and sage or duckbreast stuffed with foie gras and apples with hippocras sauce and to finish off with a pear and hippocras caramel flaky pastry tart with raspberry sauce.
